01 / Getting started
Getting started
Veracity is a desktop app that coaches B2B account executives and account managers during live sales calls. It gives you the next question to ask while the buyer is still talking, answers technical questions from your own documents, and grades your questions after the call.
Windows and Mac. Installers and updates are signed.
Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Webex, plus meetings in the room.
Access is by invite, and there's no public download. Request access on the homepage, or book a demo.
02 / On the call
On the call
One question at a time. An opening question is ready when the call starts, then the next question appears while the customer is still answering and upgrades with what they said. When it turns technical, hit Answer for a line to say from your docs.
No. Nothing on the card changes while you're speaking, so you can glance at it when you're ready.
You get an objection card: a line to say, 30 words or fewer, that acknowledges the concern and reframes it, with proof from your documents when one matches.
Yes. Earlier calls with the same company feed the next call's opening question, questions and answers. You can edit that brief or switch it off.
03 / Your documents
Your documents
PDF, Word, text and Markdown files: product docs, battle cards, security pages and your playbook. Answers come from those files and name the ones they used.
Veracity says so instead of guessing. Numbers that aren't in a source are removed from the answer.
Yes. Your help site, up to 2,000 pages, can become searchable docs for answers.
Yes. Company documents uploaded once reach every rep's app.
04 / Privacy and consent
Privacy and consent
No. Veracity runs on your computer, so no bot joins the meeting. You tell the people on the call you use it, the same way you'd tell them you're recording.
The audio is never saved. Veracity keeps a live transcript during the call so it can help, encrypted on your computer.
Before every call, you confirm you have consent to record.
In your operating system's secure storage.
05 / After the call
After the call
A recap with Diagnosis, MEDDPICC, Risks and Improve sections, and the Question Tutor, which grades each question and gives you the sentence you could have said instead.
Your rating moves with the quality of your calls, and it gives you one thing to work on next.
Yes. Upload transcripts as .txt, .md, .csv, .vtt or .srt files in the portal, and those calls feed your next questions.
Yes. Managers see the team's and each person's average call score by week.
