Real-time coaching for account executives

The short answer

Veracity is a desktop app that coaches account executives during live calls. While the buyer talks, it gives you the next question, built from what they said and what you already know about the account. When it turns technical, it answers from your own docs. After the call, it grades every question you asked.

/ THREE MOMENTS

Where deals slip, and what changes.

The same three moments show up in deal after deal. Each one is a few seconds on a call, and each one decides where the deal goes next.

01 · THE VAGUE ANSWER

"It works. Mostly." Then you ask the right follow-up.

A vague answer usually gets a vague follow-up: "Can you tell me more about that?" Veracity writes the next question while they're still talking, from their own words, your research and what they told you on the last call. The answer that was hiding behind "mostly" comes out.

02 · THE PILOT TOO EARLY

Find the cost before you offer a pilot.

"Twice this year, plant managers got paid late." It's tempting to jump straight to "Let's just run a quick pilot." Veracity puts the question about what that cost the team on your screen first. A pilot that starts with a known cost has something to prove.

03 · THE TECHNICAL QUESTION

"Why not just script this?" Answered on the call.

When it turns technical, hit Answer. You get a line to say, a question to ask back, and the files it came from: your product docs, battle cards and security pages. No "let me loop in my SE" and a week of waiting.

01 / After the call

See which questions landed

The notes fill in while you talk, and the review is waiting when you hang up.

Veracity's live call notes tabs: Your notes, Summary, AI research, MEDDPICC, Observations, Facts, Learned, Open questions, Objections, Stakeholders, Suggested questions and Tasks, each with a count
Live call notes in the Veracity app. Each tab counts up as the call fills it.
  • A recap with Diagnosis, MEDDPICC, Risks and Improve sections.
  • Every question graded by the Question Tutor, with the sentence you could have said instead.
  • A rating that moves with your call quality, and one thing to work on next.
02 / Two endings

Same call. Two endings.

One goes dark and closes lost. The other finds the pain and its cost, answers the technical question live and books the next call.

03 / For your team

Works for one rep, or the whole team

Each rep runs Veracity on their own computer. Company documents uploaded once reach every rep's app, and managers see the team's and each person's average call score by week.

Earlier calls with the same company feed the next call's opening question, questions and answers, so a renewal or a second meeting starts where the last one ended. You can edit that brief, or switch it off.

04 / Questions

Questions, answered

It gives you one short question built from what the buyer just said, so what you ask follows the conversation. You decide whether to ask it, and how.
Yes. Earlier calls with the same company feed the next call's opening question, questions and answers. You can edit that brief or switch it off.
Product docs, battle cards and your playbook, as PDF, Word, text or Markdown. Answers come from those files, and each one names the files it used.
No. Veracity runs on your computer beside Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Webex, so no bot joins the meeting. Before every call you confirm you have consent to record.
Access is by invite. Request access on the homepage, or book a demo.
