Call grading that shows the question you could have asked

The short answer

Yes. After each call, Veracity's Question Tutor grades every question you asked: how well it was built and what it got out of the buyer. For a weak question, it gives you the sentence you could have said instead. You also get a recap and a rating that moves with your call quality.

You asked
Can you tell me more about that?Generic. The buyer gives you another general answer, and the call stays shallow.
You could have said
You mentioned five or six plants send the wrong format. What does that do to payroll and comp?It builds on the buyer's own fact and asks what it does to the business.
An example of a graded question, built from the launch film's story. The weak question is struck, and the sentence you could have said sits under it.
01 / The Question Tutor

What does the Question Tutor grade?

Most call reviews tell you what happened. The Question Tutor goes through the call one exchange at a time and grades the question that started each one.

  • How well the question was built, for every question you asked.
  • What it got out of the buyer, from the answer that followed.
  • The sentence you could have said instead, written out in full for a weak question.
A Veracity question card marked Evolved, uses what they said: You mentioned five or six plants send the wrong format, what does that do to payroll and comp?
The same question as a live card in the Veracity app. During the call, Veracity puts questions like this one on screen while the buyer is still talking, built from their own words.
02 / What you get

RATINGA rating that moves

It rises and falls with your call quality, and gives you one thing to work on.

MEDDPICC runs through both the recap and the rating. For what each letter covers, see MEDDPICC explained.

03 / The rating

How does the rating help you improve?

One call's grades tell you about one call. The rating moves with your call quality across many calls, and it gives you one thing to work on, so you take one change into your next call.
